Though I don't understand why we're receiving a penalty point for not sending in a line-up, whenever we didn't have the war yet.

Why do we receive penalty points? We showed up on the clanwar, nG didn't, why should we be punished? It's not our fault cw is late, it wouldn't be if they came.
